Garlic Mayo

I’ve made this a couple of times now and really like it.  I tend to use it in collard wraps, as it adds more complexity to the flavor and makes the wrap taste more unified.  Because who wants a collard wrap that isn’t unified?  Seriously?

Raw cashews, soaked + water (to desired consistency) + garlic + salt
