Blog Recipe Recommendations – November

Fall Quinoa Pilaf – I added a dash of cinnamon.  So good and seasonal.  I made it for our family Thanksgiving.  It was the first time anyone in my extended family had ever seen quinoa.

Pumpkin Gingersnaps. Crazy good and addictive.  I love vegan doughs because I can let the kids eat the dough with no worries. I sent some of these to the kid’s preschool teachers and they have all asked for the recipe.

Cranberry – Blueberry Sauce from Peas and Thank You

I was tempting fate by letting her stir both cranberries and blueberries in a white shirt.

Wonderful atop steel cut oats.
