Mustard Greens and Popcorn

Further proof that I am becoming a rabbit, the other day for snack time I popped the kids some popcorn (so good with coconut oil!) and then sauteed myself some mustard greens.  I hadn’t had much green during the day and was craving greens.  Anyone else do that?

I don’t think I’ve ever made mustard greens, so I goggled recipes and found this one for a Balsamic Glazed version on FatFreeVegan Blog. I left out the chickpeas, since I didn’t want to fill up too much before dinner. I also added a bit of olive oil because I think some fat is good in most recipes.

Very good and one I’ll repeat.

Any odd snacks for any of you these days?

    Maybe you are low iron and that is why you are craving greens? No, maybe you just really like greens!

  2. I actually had blood work with my physical last month and all my numbers are good. I think I just like them. Along with dark chocolate. But not together. Even I am not that weird….
