Further proof that I am becoming a rabbit, the other day for snack time I popped the kids some popcorn (so good with coconut oil!) and then sauteed myself some mustard greens. I hadn’t had much green during the day and was craving greens. Anyone else do that?
I don’t think I’ve ever made mustard greens, so I goggled recipes and found this one for a Balsamic Glazed version on FatFreeVegan Blog. I left out the chickpeas, since I didn’t want to fill up too much before dinner. I also added a bit of olive oil because I think some fat is good in most recipes.
Any odd snacks for any of you these days?
