I am a thirty something, suburb dwelling, mother of two, wife of one, former corporate food scientist who is passionate about food. I love to eat and seem to spend most of my day in the kitchen.

I started this blog to chronicle my transition to a high raw diet.  I am not 100% raw and don’t see myself ever being all raw.  I am a vegetarian (tending towards veganism) and love eating a primarily plant based diet.  I generally eat mostly raw for breakfast and lunch and a have cooked dinner alongside some raw foods.
