I have been reading your blogs for a while now. I must tell you I love the way you write. Very easy to read and entertaining! And the idea of the snack trays…super! I tried it and both my kids loved it.
Happy Holidays to you and your family!

I am writing you about the the chocolate tarts you make. It tastes very good but it is so heavy. I would suggest to replace the coconut butter with the water and meat of a young thai coconut. I am aware that it is more work for you. I watched on google how to open a thai coconut. The video I saw was from a young lady who had the camera in one hand and used the other one to break the coconut.
Hi. I'm Michelle. I'm a food scientist turned stay home mom who is utterly dependent on the power of clean food in order to keep up with two active kids and our busy life. Glad you stopped by!
